Partner Terms

1. The Partner Program

The VideoSaysHi Partner Program lets approved partners earn a commission when customers they refer subscribe to VideoSaysHi. These Partner Terms apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Commissions are tracked, held and paid through the affiliate program run by our payment partner. To join and receive payouts you need an account with our payment partner and must follow its rules as well as these.

We review applications and may decline or end any partnership, for example if a partner’s audience, content or methods don’t fit the program.

2. Your commission

• 30% of every payment a referred customer makes for a monthly plan (Starter, Pro or Agency), calculated after payment-processing fees, for as long as they stay subscribed.
• New customers only. A referral counts when someone subscribes for the first time. Upgrades, returning customers and existing customers are not credited.
• Lifetime deals and one-time purchases are excluded and never earn a commission.
• Commission is based on the amount actually paid, after any discount, refund or credit.

3. Referral window and credit

• Share your personal link, for example videosayshi.com/?a=yourname. When someone opens it, you are remembered for 30 days.
• Always link to videosayshi.com (with ?a=yourname at the end), not to the store page on our payment partner’s site. Purchases made outside videosayshi.com may not be set up or credited correctly.
• If they subscribe within those 30 days, the sale is credited to you. If they came through more than one partner’s link, the first partner link they opened counts.
• Credit depends on the visitor’s browser keeping the referral cookie. We can’t credit sales where the visitor blocked or cleared it, used another device, or subscribed after the window.

4. Holds, refunds and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days, the length of our refund window, before it is approved.
• If a referred payment is refunded or disputed (a chargeback), its commission is reversed, including one already paid, which is deducted from later commissions.
• Approved commissions are paid by our payment partner, following its payout schedule, methods and minimums.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for giving our payment partner the tax details it asks for.

5. How you may promote VideoSaysHi

• Honest reviews, tutorials, case studies, videos, newsletters, social posts and your own website.
• Recommending VideoSaysHi to your own clients, followers or community.
• Paid ads that promote your own content (for example your review or tutorial), as long as they don’t use our brand name as a keyword.
• Disclose the partnership. Say clearly, near your link, that you may earn a commission, as advertising laws require.

6. What is not allowed

Doing any of the following voids the commissions involved and can end your partnership:

• Self-referrals: buying through your own link, or for your own business, family or accounts you control.
• Brand bidding: ads on search engines or marketplaces targeting “VideoSaysHi”, misspellings of it, or domains that contain it.
• Coupon and deal sites: posting your link or any discount code on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal websites.
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks: hidden frames, pop-unders, automatic redirects or anything that sets a referral without the visitor choosing to click.
• Fake or paid sign-ups: creating accounts, paying people to subscribe, or using stolen or borrowed payment details.
• Spam and misleading claims: unsolicited email or messages, and false statements about VideoSaysHi, its features, prices or results.
• Impersonation: presenting yourself as VideoSaysHi, or using our logo or name in a way that suggests you are us.

7. Using our name and logo

You may use the VideoSaysHi name, logo and screenshots to promote the product, without changing them. Don’t register domains, social accounts or app names that contain our brand, and stop using our brand if we ask you to.

8. Monitoring and enforcement

To pay partners correctly and prevent fraud, we record basic details of each checkout that arrives through a partner link, as described in our Privacy Policy. We look for signs of the practices above, such as many accounts from one device, high cancellation rates, chargebacks, brand-name ads or coupon-site traffic.

If we find a problem, we may stop crediting your link, reverse the commissions involved, or remove you from the program. For serious or repeated abuse we act at once; otherwise we’ll usually contact you first. You can ask us to review a decision at support@videosayshi.com.

9. Changes and ending the partnership

• We may change these Partner Terms, including commission rates, with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply to referrals made after they take effect.
• You can leave the program at any time. We can end it, or your partnership, with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a breach of these terms.
• Commissions earned fairly before the partnership ends are still paid after the hold, unless they involved a breach.

10. Our relationship

• You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative. You can’t make promises or agreements on our behalf.
• Our responsibility to you under the Partner Program is limited to commissions you have fairly earned and not yet received.
