Only workspace owners and admins can change or cancel the plan.
See your plan
Click Billing in the menu. The top shows your Plan, its Status and when it renews.
Upgrade
On a bigger plan, click its upgrade button, for example Upgrade to Pro now. Tick the box to confirm and click the pay button. The new plan starts straight away.
Tip: You pay the full price of the new plan today, and unused days on your old plan are not refunded.
Move to a smaller plan
Click Switch at renewal, then Open subscription settings and cancel your plan there, as in the next step. Your current plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends, come back to Billing and choose the smaller plan.
Cancel
Click Settings in the menu. In the Subscription card, click Cancel plan and confirm with Schedule cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Tip: Our Refund Policy explains the 7-day guarantee on your first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded.
Changed your mind?
On the same card, click Keep my plan to turn automatic renewal back on.
