Export or erase a viewer’s data

When someone asks what you hold about them, or asks you to delete it, the privacy tools do it in a few clicks. Only owners and admins can use them.

   Open the privacy tools

   Click Settings in the menu and scroll to Privacy & data.

   Find the person

   Under Find a person’s data, enter their full email address or phone number and click Find. You see how many responses, leads, visits, files and booked calls belong to them.

   Export their data

   Click Download their data, then send the file to the person over a secure channel.

   Or erase it

   Click Delete their data, type DELETE in the box and click Delete permanently.

   Tip: Deleting can’t be undone, and emails already sent to your team can’t be recalled.

   Clear out old data automatically

   Under Keep personal data for, choose how long to keep it, for example 90 days, and click Save. Older personal data is removed every night; your view and completion numbers stay.

   Tip: You can do the same for one response: open it in Responses and scroll to This person’s data.
