See who watched and what they answered

Responses shows everyone who started your funnel, even before they leave contact details. Leads lists only the people who did.

   Open Responses

   Click Responses in the menu. The numbers at the top show your completion rate and how many people stopped partway.

   Filter the list

   Pick a funnel under All projects, choose Completed or Partial in the All progress menu, pick Hot leads in the All leads menu, and choose a date range such as Last 7 days.

   Open a viewer

   Click a row to see their answers and watch time. Files they sent appear under Form fields, with a button to download them all at once.

   See what they watched

   Scroll to What they watched and did to see each visit, the videos they watched and where they left.

   Follow up

   Under Follow up, tap Email, WhatsApp or Call. Set the status, for example Contacted or Won, add Notes and click Save notes. Status and notes appear once the viewer has left their contact details.

   Tip: Getting in touch with a New lead marks it Contacted for you. Tap Undo if that was a mistake.
