Send new leads to Google Sheets

Google Sheets is the easiest way to share leads with someone who doesn’t use VideoSaysHi. Only owners and admins can connect it.

1. 1

   Open Integrations

Click Integrations in the menu and find the Google Sheets card.

2. 2

   Connect

Click Connect with Google and approve the sign-in. A sheet named after your workspace is created in your Google Drive.

3. 3

   Test it

Under Connected integrations, click Test. To add leads you already have, click Send existing leads (up to 500).

4. 4

   Open the sheet

Click Open sheet. Each new lead appears as a new row, with when it arrived, the funnel, name, email, phone and every answer.

5. 5

   Pause or remove

Untick Enabled to pause it; the label then reads Paused. Removing the connection does not delete the sheet from your Drive.
