Click Calendar in the menu, then New calendar under Booking calendars.

2. 2

   Set the basics

Under Booking rules, set Break after each meeting, Minimum notice, Book up to and Most meetings per day.

   Link your own calendar

Under Your own calendar (recommended), paste the private calendar address from Google Calendar or Outlook and click Link calendar. Times you are busy are then never offered.
