Let viewers book a call inside the video

Viewers book while they are still interested. Use your built-in booking calendar, or a Calendly or Cal.com link if you already have one.

   Get a calendar ready

   Create a booking calendar on the Calendar page first, or have your Calendly or Cal.com link ready.

   Add a booking card

   In the Studio, click More, then Book a call. Change the button text in Label.

   Choose the calendar

   Under Scheduler, pick Your calendar and choose it under Calendar, or pick Calendly / Cal.com and paste your link.

   Choose how it looks

   Under Show on the video, choose A button that opens the calendar or The next open times (tap one to book). Add a Window title and an optional message.

   Decide what happens next

   Under What Happens, set After booking, for example Keep watching this video or Go to next connected step. Then save and publish.

   Tip: Prefer a separate step? On the Canvas, add Book a call from Add a step and choose Your calendar (built in) under Where viewers book.
