Collect contact details with a lead form

Collect details in a Lead form step after a video, or with a card on the video itself. Both use the questions in the Forms tab.

1. 1

   Add the fields

   In the funnel editor, open Forms. Under Quick field groups, click + Contact details for first name, last name, email and phone, and + Consent checkboxes for permission to contact plus an optional marketing box. Use Add field for anything else; there are 31 field types.

   Choose what is required

   Turn on Required for fields everyone must fill in. On a consent field, choose what This checkbox means: permission to contact them about this request, or permission to send marketing emails.

   Tip: Marketing consent is always optional for viewers, so it can’t be made required.

   Accept files (optional)

   Click Add file upload to let viewers send photos or documents. Set Files per visitor and Maximum size per file.

   Add the form to your funnel

   On the Canvas, add a Lead form step and write the Prompt. Under Questions on this form, choose All questions or Choose questions.

   Or ask on the video

   In the Studio, click More, then Email, to ask for an email while the video plays. Turn on Require consent checkbox under Content if you need consent.

   Connect and publish

   Drag the form’s After submit dot to the next step, then save and publish.
