Export leads to Excel or CSV

Exports use your filters and search, so you can download exactly the leads you need.

1. 1

   Open your list

Click Leads or Responses in the menu.

2. 2

   Filter first

Set your filters or search. The export includes every page of matching results, not only the page you see.

3. 3

   Export

Click Export, then choose Excel (.xlsx) for a branded, colour-coded file, or CSV (.csv) for Google Sheets, a CRM or another app.

4. 4

   Open the file

The file downloads after a moment. The filters you used are listed in it.

Tip: One export can include up to 10,000 rows. Files that viewers sent appear as private links only your team can open.
