Get an email when a new lead arrives

Lead alerts tell you the moment someone leaves their details, so you can call while your video is still fresh in their mind.

1. 1

   Open lead alerts

Click Responses in the menu, then the Lead alerts button at the top.

2. 2

   Choose how you hear

Choose Every new lead for an email each time, Daily summary for one email a day (around 08:00 UTC), or Off.

3. 3

   Add the weekly report

Tick Weekly funnel report for a summary of your funnels every Monday.

4. 4

   That’s it

Your choice saves straight away. It only changes your own alerts, so each teammate can choose theirs.

Tip: Alerts start switched off for everyone, so turn them on when you publish your first funnel. Test visits from your team never send alerts.
