Team members get their own login, so you never share a password. Each role sets what they can change.
Open Team members
Click Settings in the menu and scroll to Team members.
Create an invite
Under Invite teammate, type their email and choose a role: Viewer (can look), Editor (can edit funnels and follow up on leads) or Admin (can also manage billing, the team and privacy tools). Click Create invite.
Send the link
Click Copy and send the link to your teammate yourself, for example by email. The link works for 7 days.
They accept
Your teammate opens the link, signs in (or creates a login) with the email you invited, then clicks Accept invitation.
Manage access
Change a role with the menu next to their email address, or remove them with the bin icon. Cancel an unused invite with Revoke.
Tip: Agency includes 3 workspace users, counting you and any pending invites.
