Send viewers down different paths

Branching shows each viewer the video that fits their answer. You draw the paths on the Canvas by connecting steps.

1. 1

   Add a choice

On the Canvas, drag Choice from Add a step. Fill in the Prompt and the Options, one per line.

2. 2

   Connect each answer

Each option gets its own dot on the step. Drag from the dot to the step it should lead to. To remove a connection, hover over the line and click its ×.

3. 3

Branch from a question on the video

If the video has a question card, each answer also gets its own dot on the video step. Drag it to the step for viewers who give that answer.

4. 4

   Branch from a button

In the Studio, add a Button. Under What Happens, set On click to Go to a specific step and choose the Target step, or to Open URL to send viewers to a web page.

5. 5

   Check and publish

Click Publish. If a path is broken, the Before publishing list shows what to fix. Click an item to jump to that step.

Tip: Every choice option must be connected, and every step must be reachable from the start, before the funnel can publish.
