Track deals from first view to won

Results turns your funnel into numbers you can act on, from the first view to the money you won.

1. 1

   Open Results

Click Analytics in the menu, pick 7d, 30d or 90d, and find Results. Choose All funnels or one funnel.

2. 2

   Read the steps

Results shows Visitors, Answered, Leads, Booked, Showed up and Won, so you can see where people drop off.

3. 3

Compare with your old form (optional)

Enter the percentage of visitors your old form turned into leads, for example 4, and click Save. Results then shows how many times better your funnel does.

4. 4

   Record a won deal

Open the lead in Responses, click Won, enter the Deal value and click Save. Or set the status to Won on the Leads page and click Save lead.

Tip: Deal values are only visible to your team and are never sent to integrations.

5. 5

   Mark who showed up

In Calendar, open the Past tab, click a call and choose Attended or No-show under How did it go? That fills in Showed up.
